Since 2005, Hi-Tech Metals has continued to invest in the latest laser cutting technology available.
From our East Tamaki, Auckland facility, we now operate two powerful 12kW fibre lasers — the Bystronic ByStar and Amada Regius 3015AJ.
Having two 12kW fibre lasers gives us the speed, capacity and flexibility to handle everything from one-off components and prototypes through to large repeat production runs. We cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, backed by a team with more than 20 years of laser cutting experience.

With extensive in-house folding, deburring, hardware insertion, welding and fabrication capabilities, we can take your components well beyond the flat profile.
